DIDACTIC METHOD: unlike the usual courses of study, the practice proceeds along with the theory. The lessons are immediately translated into manual work. The scheduled palpatory and joint mobilization techniques are practiced by the students from the first lesson. The value of a course where theory and practice are combined at the same time to make knowledge clear and operational is undeniable. This is why in our Academy the lessons are strictly focused on practice. The tests and working techniques are introduced by a theoretical explanation, a practical description and, finally, the student will practice several times on the same maneuvers and tests under the direct control of the teacher.
THEORY is reduced to the essential profit and solely according to the practice to be carried out.
At each seminar, the first day is dedicated to reviewing the techniques learned in the previous stage.
This course set-up, combined with a selection of tests and techniques of work and manipulation among those considered most effective, allows each student to learn, memorize and correctly apply all the practical subject taught from the first seminar.
TOPIC covered will concern the tests, the fascial work and the pompages, the techniques of: functional, sensory and structural correction of the whole body, M.E.T. (Muscle Energy Technique).
THE CLINIC: in the last year of the course, our students meet, examine and treat patients directly in our Academy to get prepared for the final exams and profession. The guidance and expert responsibility of the teacher guarantee this fundamental training service.
THE CLASS GROUPS: to guarantee the best cultural and technical training, the relationship between students and teachers is minimal in order to allow the latter to constantly check individual understanding and correct execution of osteopathic techniques.
After completing the course, it will be possible to take specialization courses in CranioSacral Manual-Osteopathic Therapy, Visceral Manual-Osteopathic Therapy and in-depth seminars on the treatment of children.
Responsibility for the educational program is the responsibility of the Academy’s teaching staff.
The goal of the COURSE is to provide and transmit a practical and concrete work tool in Manual Therapy-General Osteopathy, making use of an internationally recognized and accredited lecturer.
PROFESSIONAL OUTLETS, more and more numerous, (as well as legitimately exercising in their own territory, strong of an excellent preparation) are also in the direction of polyclinic structures – in particular orthopedics, pediatrics, odontology – and in rehabilitation centers, as well as in the Sport sector for the assistance to the athlete and for the preparation of competitive level teams.
