Course description

Emotional Freedom Technique (E.F.T.) is a technique that teaches how to let go of every emotion, state, negative thought to enter a state of INTERNAL REBALANCE.

It comes from the fusion of the most recent knowledge about the mind and the millenary tradition of the ancient Chinese masters for which we are a constant flow of energy in movement, when inside of us everything is in balance we feel a deep well-being and every sector of our life is fine because it is nourished by our energy.

However, there are moments in which particular events or situations cause us emotional interferences that take away the energy that is no longer available for our happiness because it is kidnapped by the past, by negative emotions, by fears, by old traumas.

Through the Emotional Freedom Technique everything returns to flow and a renewed strength sustains us to create the life we have always wanted.

E.F.T. notes

We are at the dawn of a new therapeutic horizon with the E.F.T. - Emotional Freedom Technique. This new technique is based on the discovery that imbalances in the body's energy system have a profound impact on a person's psychology. Highly successful method, very powerful to eliminate: pain, allergies, fears, excess weight, unwanted habits, emotional problems. It is also widely used to improve already good quality situations: for example many artists, musicians, athletes have found in EFT a valid help to improve their performance, the students use it to overcome their pre-exam anxiety that might not make them excel in their tests. With the Emotional Freedom Technique the negative energy is unlocked with the correct stimulation of the subtle energies that pass through the body. It is often referred to as "acupuncture without needles", EFT uses a gentle tapping with the fingertips on particular points of the Energetic Meridians, while the person affected by the problem is focused on the specific situation that creates the problem. EFT can be used on oneself in perfect autonomy, even if experience shows that often an external intervention can overcome those "protection barriers" that the mind unconsciously creates to prevent change, even if positive.
